At Diorama, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
